  4. Flexibility- Tests to measurer Spine Flexibility, Sit and Reach
  5. Endurance- 12 min and 9 min Run and Walk
  6. Agility- Shuttle Run (10 x 4)

Practical in Physical Education Class 10

  • Athletics – 50 meters dash, throw 342
  • Students are required to prepare a project on the regional play activities from their hometown.
  • Fitness Test- Fitness test of class 10 should be conducted on the basis of AAPHERED test and records should be maintained.
  • Any 2 games- Students are required to play two games out of the listed sports-

  2. Lawn Tennis
  3. Aerobics
  4. Taekwondo
  5. Judo
  6. Karate
