About IGCSE Board
The IGCSE or International General Certificate of Secondary Education is an international curriculum for secondary education started by the Cambridge International Examinations. Unlike many other secondary education boards in India, IGCSE (is probably only) offers a choice of subjects straight in the hands of the students, although the school which you appear from might not allow the subject due to lack of faculty or other resources.
Expected Arrival of 2019 Results
The results of the current year i.e. 2019 are expected to arrive in May 2019.
How to check the result of IGCSE Board
Follow the following steps to check your results;
- Visit the results page of IGCSE here.
- Enter your user-name and password
- Click submit
- Your result will be displayed
- Take print-out of the same for future reference
Grading System of IGCSE Class 10 and Class 12
- The Board assesses the marks of the students in terms of grades with their GPA equivalents as follows:

- The “U” stands for Ungraded and in order to complete the course and carry-on for their higher education, students must score a minimum of “C” grade in their 5 core subjects.
- The Core Curriculum is targeted and graded for the students expected in the range of C to G grade while Extended is targeted and graded for the students expected in the range of A* to E.
- In some subjects, Core and Extended Curriculum are not available and includes only one ability range. In these subjects, the complete grade range is available.
- The students in their results are placed in one of the three categories:

Previous Year Results of IGCSE Board
The examination body of IGCSE recorded more than 39,000 students who appeared for the exams, an increase of 29%. The analysis stated that schools from Mumbai performed better than the previous years. Garodia International School, Ghatkopar scored the highest of 96.14% with one student scoring a perfect 100/100 in Mathematics.
