ADMISSION PROCEDURE

At L P Savani International School we have strived to make our admission process as simple as possible to ensure that all prospective parents enjoy a stress free experience.

Step 1: Admission Enquiry:

Visit the school admissions office and ask for the vacancy. If there is a vacant seat then only you can apply for that. Fill up the inquiry form and our counsellor will get back to you to answer your questions and collect the required information.

Step 2: Collect Admission form

The parents are requested to visit the school Admission Office, fill out the registration form and issue the school admission form. Same time parents will be given appointment for the interaction.  Kindly carry self-attested Date of Birth certificate.

Step 3: Interaction with the Principal

The parent needs to fill up the admission form and ensure all documents are in order. . On the day of interaction patents and child, all of three have to be there. Kindly intimate the school in case your child requires some special assistance due to any health reasons.

Step 4: Written Test: (Primary/Secondary Section)

For class 2^nd onwards, a formal written test will be conducted for English, Hindi, Maths, Science and G.K. to check the suitability for the admission.

The following documents need to be submitted along with the admission Form

• Copy of the Birth Certificate
• Copy of Report Card of previous year (only needed for admission to class 2 onwards)

Acceptance of Admission:

1. Students are admitted on First Come, First Served basis depending on vacancies
2. We conduct informal interviews with the child and the parent.
3. Selected candidates will be required to make the fee payment within 7 days of the declaration of the result.
4. Applying for registration/admission does not imply admission, which is subject to oral test, observation cum written test and IQ test. It is also subject to the availability of seats.

Step 5: Payment of Fees

Once the above steps are satisfactorily completed parents have to pay the applicable fees to confirm admission.

Step 6 : Parent Orientation Program:

There will be a parent orientation program before the beginning of the new academic session. This program will acquaint the parents with the Vision, Mission & Ethos of the school.
