| • The online registration form will be available from Wednesday, 27th December, 2017 to Wednesday, 17th January, 2018. The last date for receiving forms for Nursery Class is Wednesday, 17th January 2018 by 1600 hours. (Applicable only for Nursery Class Admission) |

| The admission schedule for admissions to Nursery 2018-19 (GENERAL CATEGORY) is as below |
| • Commencement of Admission process : 27.12.2017 |
| • Commencement of availability of admission forms w.e.f : 27.12.2017 (7:00 am) |
| • Last date of receipt of applications : 17.01.2018 (Offline - 4:00 pm& Online – 23:59 pm) |
| • Uploading details of children who have applied for admissions under open seat : 01.02.2018 |
| • Uploading marks (as per point system) given to each of the children who applied for admission under Open Seats : 08.02.2018. |
| • Display of the 1st list of selected candidates (Including waiting list): 15.02.2018 (along with marks allotted under point system) |
| • Reply of Queries : 16.02.18 |
| • 2nd Draw of Lots: 28.02.2018 |
| • The date for displaying the 2nd list of candidates (if any) (Including waiting list) : 28.02.2018 (along with marks allotted under point system). |
| • Subsequent list of admission, if any: - 15.03.2018 |
| • Closure of Admission process : 31.03.2018 |
| • Age as on 31.03.2018 Pre School : 3+ Years Pre Primary : 4+ Years |
| Important Note : |
| 1) Admissions will be strictly as per rules framed by Directorate of Education, Delhi vide notification no. DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/21112 dt19.12.2017 andHon’ble High Court. |
| 2) Admission under EWS/Employees category will be finalised as per isntructions issued by Directorate of Education, Delhi. School shall not process the admission of EWS/DG category students mannually. |
| Guidelines for filling Online Forms |
| • This is an electronic registration form for Nursery. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid the rejection of your form. |
| • Each form will be issued a unique Registration Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly note the unique registration number or take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence. (Please have photos and other documents ready with you as you fill the form). |
| • Please have a soft copy of a photograph of the child and parents(jpeg, jpg and png file and image dimension should follow with maximum height 430 pixel and width 350 pixel) along with DOB cirtificate of child, Aadhar card copy of child, Father & Mother ready to be attached while filling up the form. |
| • Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse control for the same. |
| • After completing the application form kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button. |
| • To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant. |
| • All fields are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system. |
| • Please enter your email id correctly as you will receive further communication on the address entered. |
| • When a user selects values in some List box & radio buttons, the registration form will refresh for retrieving the data from the database. Till refreshing process is completed the user should not enter or select any data in the registration form as it may lead to loss of entered /selected data. |
| • Please note that when you have slow internet connection the registration form appearance, refreshing of the form and submission of completed forms may take some time, please be patient. |

| Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents [in original]: |
| • Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or any competent authority. |
| • Proof of residential address |
| i. Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child). |
| ii. Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents. |
| iii. Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents. |
| iv. Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child. |
| v. Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents. |
| • In case of sibling applicants: the identity card/admission no of sibling studying in St. Lawrence Convent, Sr. Sec. School. |
| • In case of ward of Alumni of our School : Migration Certificate. |
| • For proof of only child: affidavit affirming that the child seeking admission is the first born child. Click here to download AFFIDAVIT FORM. |
| • In case of ward of staff of our School : Employee number of staff. |
| • In case of twins, if one of the twins is shortlisted in the draw of lots then only will the other be considered under sibling category and not during the submission of the form. |
