Note: Hard Copies of the forms and registration fee of Rs. 25/- in cash will be accepted from 27th December 2017 to 17th January 2018 at the school counter on all working days except Sundays and Gazetted Holidays between 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

  2. Proof of Residence (anyone)
    • Voter ID of any one of the parent
    • Electricity Bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ Water Bill
    • Passport in the Name of any one of the Parent or child
    • Aadhaar Card/ UID card issued in the name of any one of the parent
    • Copy of Aadhaar card of the child
  1. Proof of Sibling
    • Copy of fee bill for sibling
    • Copy of report card
  1. Proof of Alumni
    • Copy of Character certificate
    • OSA Membership Card
    • Copy of School Leaving Certificate
  1. In case of Single Parent
    • Decree of Divorce to be attached mentioning legal custody of the child.
    • In case of death of Spouse death certificate to be attached
  1. Staff Category
    • Details of Employment
    • Branch in which served
    • Position
    • Date of employment
    • Years of service
  1. Children with Special Needs Category
    2. Please enclose authenticated documents. Children with Special Needs will be admitted if they can produce a certificate from a clinical psychologist/disability certificate from appropriate Government authorities that they are ready for inclusive mainstream education.
