Required Documents

Self Attested photocopy of the birth certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.
a) Proof of residence, any one of the following documents is required: 
- Attested photocopy of Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child)
- Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
- Voter I-card parents. Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents of the child
- Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
b) Self Attested photocopy of the Aadhar Card of the child.

Payment of fees

Fee is payable for 12 months irrespective of date of admission. Fee is to be paid quarterly (20th of first month of the quarter /monthly by the 10th of the month. Full year fee in advance can also be paid.
