1. The student who have been already studying in this Higher Secondary School should apply for admission within the time given by the school. The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any student whose past academic record or conduct was considered unsatisfactory.
2. A student under jurisdiction of the Goa Board seeking admission to Std. XII must produce the School Leaving Certificate in Original, Original Passing Certificate with Statement of Marks of Std. XI Examination along with a photocopy thereof. A student from any other Board must also produce Eligibility Certificate from the Goa Board along with the Statement of Marks and its photocopy.
3. Students should contact the school office with the admission forms duly filled and completed.
4. Admission to Std. XI will be granted from the day following the declaration of the S. S. C. Result by the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
5. Student passing S. S. C. Exam of the Goa Board and seeking admission to Std. XI General/Vocational Stream are required to contact the School Office with the following :
   a. Admission Form (to be obtained from the School Office) duly completed in all respects.
   b. Original Statement of Marks of S. S. C. Examination (will be returned back) along with its photocopy.
   c. School Leaving Certificate in original.
   d. Three copies of recent I-Card size photographs.
   e. Address Proof of the Parent/Guardian.
6. The students who have passed S. S. C. Examination or its equivalent examination from the Board other then the Goa Board should also necessarily produce Certificate of Eligibility to be issued by the Goa Board to confirm their admission.
7. A student admitted in the first term will be considered as duly enrolled for the whole academic year, unless otherwise, he/she informs the Principal in writing of his/her intention to leave the school at least a week before the commencement of the Second Term.
8. The student seeking admission should be accompanied by their parent/guardian.
9. As per rules there will be reservations of seats for OBC-27%, SC-2% and ST-12%.

Eligibility Certificate

1. Students who seek admission after passing the Std. Xth Board Examination of a Board other than the Goa Board, are informed as under :
2. Students should apply for Eligibility certificate to Goa Board on prescribed form.
3. They should produce following documents along with the duly filled in form.
   a. S. S. C. Mark Statement – Original + 2 Photocopies (attested)
   b. S. S. C. Passing Certificate – Original + 2 Photocopies (attested)
   c. School Leaving Certificate – Original + 2 Photocopies (attested)
   (School Leaving Certificate should be counter signed by a competent authority of the Department of Education from that State. )
   d. Migration Certificate from the Board – Original
