  3. Books and notebooks for the whole year will be issued from the school between 1st April, to 15th April, 2017 after paying the appropriate cost in cash in the office.
  4. Receipt will be issued by the office. Parents shall preserve the receipts and should be produced as a proof in case of verification of accounts; otherwise school record shall be final.
