1. Admission to Chavara Public School is restricted by certain policies of the management and by the conditions of age, ability and conduct of the candidate. Hence applicants for admission may be given an oral / written test at the time of admission. The decision of the school authorities regarding the entrance test shall be final.
2. Applications for admission should be made on the prescribed form by parents or guardians who will be responsible to the head of the school for the pupil’s conduct, deportment, punctuality, regular attendance, progress in school and payment of fees.
3. The principal reserves the right of refusing admission to a pupil without ascribing any reason for it. He also reserves the right of refusing continued studies of any pupil whose conduct is found not satisfactory or who is not benefited by his stay and study in this school.
4. T.C. from outside the state should be countersigned by the Education Officer of the locality.
5. In case of a student migrating from CBSE affiliated schools outside Kerala, T.C. should be countersigned by the Regional Officer of the Board and if from outside India by the Embassy / High Commissioner of India in the concerned country as the case may be.

WITHDRAWAL AND DISMISSAL

1. Applications for the withdrawal should be submitted in writing to the Principal at least one month before the date of withdrawal or a month’s fee will be charged in lieu of the notice.
2. Transfer certificates, or any other certificates will be issued only if all school dues have been paid and library books and school items taken on loan have been returned.
3. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or defiance of authority, malpractice in connection with examinations, lack of sufficient improvement in conduct and studies even after warnings or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student.
4. A student who fails more than once in the same class shall be removed from the rolls. The decision of the Principal shall be final in this matter.
