or the admission of their wards to a particular class parents must fill up the admission form enclosed in the prospectus and submit the same in the school office within the scheduled time. No form for admission will be accepted after scheduled date. An entrance test shall be conducted for class K.G. to IX to test the candidate’s knowledge in English, Hindi, Mathematics and Science. The test will be followed by brief interview of candidate. The test will be based on the equivalent level of the previous examination passed by the candidate. The students will be admitted on the merit basis and depending on the availability of seats in the class. The lowest age for admission to nursery class is 2 ½ years and class I is 5+ years. Admission will be available in the classes other than nursery according to the seats available into the respective class. Students offered admission are required to submit the following documents. (a) Birth certificate. (b) Evidence of promotion to the desired class along with the mark list.  (c) School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate from the last school (which must be recognized) should be presented in case of class II and above. Admission will be confirmed after the submission of above mentioned documents latest by 15TH April of session, falling which it will be treated as cancelled and fee will be forfeited. Registration in any way does not ensure admission. A fine of Rs. 10/-per day will be charged if the fee is not deposited by 12th of every month. Decision of the school in all these matters will be final and binding for all concerned.
