School will start issuing the application docs for Pre-Nursery to Grade IX from 24th Aug, 2017 onwards for the academic year 2018-19. Process Of Enrollment: Enrollment in Scottish High International Institution is purely based on seat availability. However, siblings of existing children would be given priority. All candidates (online/offline) will be invited via e-mail for document checking, identification and institution tour. Registration is not a confirm for enrrollment. Given the fact that the seats are limited, the institution will endeavor to maintain a fair approach towards all applicants and proceed based on the needed criteria being met. Registration Charges : Registration Charges: Rs. 2000/- (Both Online & Offline). Online Applicants: Rs 1000/- as online application charges and Rs 1000/- at the time of document checking to be deposit at the institution counter towards registration. Offline Applicants: Rs 2000/- at the time of document issue at the institution counter. Needed Docs. during Checking and Identification Process at the school: Print out of the online application acknowledgement. Payment receipt if registration done from school counter (for offline applicants) Original and 1 Copy of certificate of birth of the student 2 passport size photos of the child and 1 each of father/mother. Copy of Pan Card/Adhaar Card of the father/mother. Separated/Estranged Father/Mother:- In case of separatiion, the school will give cognizance only to court orders. Valid legal docs have to be furnished at the time of checking in regards to custody rights of the child. Guardianship Rights:- In case a child/ children has/ have to stay with their guardian/s, then a consent letter from both father/mother with valid evidence of father/motherhood has to be depositted at the time of registration in order to give due cognizance to guardian’s signature or role. In case the child does not have father/mother, then legal evidence of guardianship will be needed.
