Step 1: Online Registering Please enter the info. on the application document online. Note down the application no: and password for future referrence and follow up
Step 2 : Online Paying Use a Credit/ Debit-Card only to make the payment online for the processing fee.
Step 3: Printing the filled form Take a Print out of the filled registration document along with the online transactioninfo. for documentation.Affix recent coloured passport size photo at the designated pplace on the document and sign it. Please write the application no: and the name at the back of the photo before affixing.Not Complete applications will be rejected.
Step 4: Depositing of the application document at the School Bring the filled application along with a duplicate of residence evidence and an attested duplicate of the certificate of birth (Self-Attested) on the date of deposit ting of document to the institution and report to the venue mentioned on the application form. The kid is not needed to come to the institution on the date of deposit ting of forms. Forms will be strictly accepted only through the father/mother, on the date of deposit ting.Father/Mother are requested to cater for a time span of at least an hour to complete the mandatory formalities on the 1st visit to the school. Note: For Amity Global Schools ,the father/mother have to bring their student along as enrollment process will be carried out on the day of deposit ting of the document only.
Step 5: Deposition of fee The Fee must be deposited within 4 days of declaration of the final result or else the offer of enrollment will be declared null and void .In such a case the student’s seat will be offered to the next applicant on the list. Note : Enrollment to Vasundhra Sec 6 & Sec 1 - Applications filled at both the institution for the same student will not be entertained.
