Note: Parents are required to deposit the Transport Fee with the School Fee.

IV. Admission Criteria:
a. First preference will be given to Children residing near the School.
b. Second preference will be given to wards of School Teaching Staff.
c. Third preference will be given to cases where brother or sister (sibling) is studying in the same School.
d. Fourth preference will be given to the students from DCM Group of Schools.
e. The cut out date for the above mentioned four (4) preferences will be 30 November 2017.After that they will be
considered in general category and the admission will be given as per norms prescribed for general category.

NORMS FOR GENERAL CATEGORY:
• The Registration forms are available at School Reception from 01 December to 12 December 2017.
• The Registration Form dully filled must be submitted properly. Last date for submission of the Form is
12 December 2017.
• List of eligible applicants will be displayed by 16 January 2018.
• Finalization of admission process and selected and waiting lists will be displayed by 31 January 2018.
• Deposit of Fee by the selected candidates to be completed by 12 February 2018.
• Deposit of fee from candidates upgraded from the waiting list will be done by 20 February 2018.

Note :

• After General Category admissions, remaining 25% seats would be filled from out of the EWS students through
draw of lots.
• Draw of Lots for EWS Category will be done on 29 January 2018 at 10:00 am.
• The Registration Form will be rejected in case of incomplete or incorrect information.
• Submission of Registration form is not a guarantee of admission.
