"Application Forms will be available on the school website – www.loyolabbsr.org from 4 th January till forms last (limited forms). ? Download the digital Application Form and fill in every detail. Attach the necessary digital photographs. (Sample photos on the Application Form – should be less than 1000 kb each). Kindly ensure that all data is correctly filled in. updated form in your computer. ? Upload the filled-in Application, back on to the School website. ? An “Acknowledgement Receipt” shall be sent to your E-mail latest by 20th January, 2018, confirming the acceptance of the Application Form as well as giving necessary information. Take a print of the Acknowledgement Receipt and visit the School Office with all necessary documents to be attached your Application Form, as per appointed time there in. An Acceptance Card with FORM NO. payment of ` 500/- for the Application Form. "
