Parents can collect the application form from the school reception between 10 am and 12 noon

Parents are requested to submit the application through online / offline

Attested copy of birth certificate

Attested copy of address proof

Attested copy of income certificate

Attested copy of caste certificate

1 passport size photograph of the student

All documents should be submitted in 3 copies. This admission is opened to students of Arakere ward (Ward No. 193). Nodal officer will verify the documents before online submission. Hence parents have to be present during verification. Date and time of verification will be intimated through phone.

Submission of forms: in triplicate from 18-01-2015 to 19-02-2015

2014-2015 --> 89 Students to Class I
