West Bengal Council Rabindra Open Schooling is accredited by the Government of West Bengal along with the Government of India, National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), other boards etc. and it is a member of the Council of School Education Board (COBSE). Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya Secondary admission 2018 will be done on the dates provided. There are two main parts of admission. The first entry process will be in the junior session and the second will be in the session in the session. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligibility criteria for Ravindra Mukta Vidyalaya Secondary Entrance 2018 can be seen from the below given points.
  • Candidates who appeared in the medium examination but have not appeared in the examination beyond the five year period from the date of the last examination, then they will enter at the mediocre level in the WCROS.
  • Candidates who were present in the secondary examination but have not been passed in all subjects will be entitled to the benefits of credit transfer in relation to some subjects. For a period of five years from the date of the last examination, a student will be given a credit transfer facility.
  • The minimum age for entry into the secondary course is 14 years. There is no upper age limit.

 

Fee Structure

  • Fees:Price of Prospectus -Rs.25/-
  • Admission Fee:For General Male Candidate the admission fee is Rs. 150/-
  • In case of Female, SC, ST and Physically challenged candidates no admission fee is required.
  • Subject Fee:For Bengali the subject fee is Rs. 200/-
  • Other Subject Fee: For Each subject the fee is Rs. 100/-

Note: Subject fee is applicable for all categories

  • CreditFee: Credit Fee will be Rs. 100 for Bengali and Rs. 50 for others for each subject.

 

Important Instructions

  • Madhyamik (secondary) admission is held twice a year. A learner can be admitted to secondary level courses of study in a study center of WBCRO in June or in December every year.
  • Students will be allowed to seat for one year after the registration is completed.
  • A learner does not need to appear in all his subjects at one go and can complete the course with a maximum of 9 opportunities at the interval of six months with five years.
  • If a candidate has appeared in the mediatory exam but has not passed in all subjects and he re-admits to the council and applies for the transfer of credit for those subjects then the candidate should be entitled to the benefit of credit transfer. . In some disciplines, in which the qualification was declared in those subjects by getting 34% or more.
  • West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, Central Board of Secondary Education in Secondary Examination, West Bengal Board of Madrasa Education, Tripura Secondary Education Board, National Institute of Open School and other state open schools, credit transfer at middle level in relation to students, for a maximum of four subjects. May be allowed
  • Candidates appearing in secondary examinations conducted by recognized boards in other states, as well as candidates working at the national level, can be allowed for the maximum of three subjects.

 

Required Documents

The candidates should have the documents listed below at the time of admission.

  • Documentary evidence of age proof.
  • Two recent Stamp Size Photograph (size-3.5 cm X 2.5cm).
  • Voter identity card.
  • Original failed Madhyamik Marksheet ( only for Credit transfer learner).
  • Original Migration Certificate (for other than West Bengal State Boards & Councils).

Other Documents (If Required)

  • Certificate of S.C. /S.T. candidates.
  • Certificate of physically challenged.
  • All photocopies of all relevant documents should be duly attested by any gazette Officer/H.M. of a recognized Higher Secondary School/Principal of a College.
