- Write the code number in item 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 as the given overlay.
- The responsibility of the candidate and the school principal is to submit a form filled with the state-related officer before the deadline. No request to cancel the delay in submission will be considered as to whether it is due to the mistake of the candidate or the principal teacher/headmaster of his / her institute.
- Incomplete or defensive applications should be rejected.
Eligibility to appear at the examination
- Candidates should currently read in class VIII in Government / Government Assisted / Local Body School
- Candidates should score at least 55% marks (50% for Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribe) in Class VII Enhancement Examination.
- Candidates studying in Kendriya Vidyalayas, Jawahar Navodaya and residential schools run by the Central and State Government are not entitled to scholarship under the NMMS scheme.
- Parental annual income from all sources should not be more than 50,000 / - (one lakh fifty thousand).
